Chapter 1: Helsinki City Information
Helsinki City Information provides information on the services of the City of Helsinki for residents and immigrants. Services include outreach counseling, customer service points, a First Steps Checklist for newcomers, and a selection of frequently asked questions.
Helsinki City Information has two service points, one in International House Helsinki and another in the Central Library Oodi. Services are open at Oodi Mon-Fri 14-18.

International House Helsinki (IHH) provides a wide range of information and public authority services to meet the needs of international newcomers in the Helsinki metropolitan area. IHH also offers free advisory and counselling services to employers on issues related to international workforce.
